I had a fantastic experience at Universal Store in Melbourne Central Mall, thanks to the amazing service from Michaela and Bianca. Michaela greeted us with a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. She took the time to stand with us, make recommendations, and really understand what we were looking for. Her attentiveness and genuine kindness made the shopping experience so much more enjoyable. When we got to the counter, Bianca was just as sweet and helpful. She was jolly, made the transaction smooth, and was really kind throughout. Both Michaela and Bianca provided excellent customer service, and their friendly approach made us feel valued. The store itself is huge and offers a great variety of products. Highly recommend this store for both the excellent service and the wide selection of products!

Awesome Customer Service! Max was great, he assisted me with choosing a watch, he was knowledgeable about the merchandise and gave good advice about the various styles and shapes, which was very helpful. Thanks Max!

Purchased there a few days ago, I couldn't decide which jeans I wanted, and the staff were so lovely and committed for me to find a pair I was happy with. They gave me several jeans to try on so I could find the one, and I did!! Thanks so much to Ethan, he was so helpful with the journey whilst being so bright, wonderful and cheerful.

I went into universal store at Melbourne central in hopes of finding a dress to my bestfriends 18th. I was gratefully welcomed brightly by one of the employees, Jack. Jacks kind, fun, and uplifting spirit throughout his assistance made me feel so confident in the options of dresses he presented to me, not only did I left with a gorgeous dress I feel confident in, I left smiling just by the amazing assistance jack provided for me and my friend. Will absolutely be coming back :)

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Morgan, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of jeans! She made it her mission to make sure I left with something that worked, running back and forth with different sizes and styles until we found the right ones. I really appreciated her dedication. She was so lovely, genuine, and honest throughout the whole experience!

MJ was so kind and helpful this morning. They helped me with an express order for a top I was after that was out of stock in store. Nailed the sizing for both the top and an absolutely perfect pair of jeans. MJ’s service was fantastic and it was obvious that they really cared about helping me find the right outfit for a special occasion. The other few team members on were also very warm and friendly. I stopped by the store today hoping to find a few things for my family, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care I received. A wonderful employee, Hollie, kindly helped me track down everything I needed and even set the items aside for me so I could continue browsing without having my hands full. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the whole visit truly enjoyable. Thank you to Hollie and the entire Universal team, you made my shopping experience absolutely delightful.

Went there yesterday and met a guy called Jack, sweetest person ever! My mum and I were looking for a formal dress for me to wear in a month, and he was so incredibly helpful. He held up dresses in all different cuts and colors, and even though I didn't find my dress there, he lightened the overall stress of it all. Also very polite and conversational despite the store being quite busy. Keep it up Jack, you're awesome!
